Champorcher, Laris
Laris is a high-altitude area of Champorcher, in the valley rising from the Dora Baltea towards Mont Avic Natural Park. Alpine pastures, forests and ski slopes define the scenery. Lower down, villages preserve traces of rural life and traditional hemp weaving. Towards Dondena the landscape opens into the high mountains, with routes leading to lakes, summer pastures and passes at the head of the valley.
